Live in the View of the Long Range Plan (ETERNITY)!
Philippians 3:17-21

Chapter 1 – single mind (to live is Christ).
Chapter 2 – submissive mind (others first).
Chapter 3 – spiritual mind (vv. 1-11 – Paul’s past; vv. 12-16 – Paul’s present; vv. 17-21 – Paul’s future).
II. Do not be attracted to disingenuous professors of Christ – vv. 18-19.
A. Their lives are hostile to the cross – v. 18.
B. They are headed for destruction – v. 19.
C. They live to satisfy their earthly appetites – v. 19.
D. They flaunt their shameful choices – v. 19.
E. Their thoughts are occupied with here and now – v. 19.
III. Live with the view of eternity /Plan carefully for the future (eternity) – vv. 20-21.
A. We belong to heaven – we’re heavenly citizens passing through – v. 20.
B. We await a Savior from heaven – Jesus will come and rescue us from here – v. 20.
C. We know of the ultimate makeover in plan for us – v. 21.
With heaven in view, our priorities, pursuits, and choices on earth become completely transformed!
