I. Jesus brings peace to men – vv. 19-20.
A. Without Jesus there is only fear – v. 19a.

II. We are sent to present God’s peace to men in the power of the Holy Spirit – vv. 21-22.
A. We are serving in the Peace Core – different kind of peace – v. 21a.
B. Our main duty is to represent Jesus – v. 21b.

The main channel, by which our peacemaking duty between God and men is fulfilled, is gospel proclamation.
