I. Some difficult things are allowed in our lives in order to bring God the glory – vv. 1-4.
II. The deliverance offered by Jesus is permanent and comprehensive– vv. 5-7.
a. Involving our obedience.
b. Improving our quality of life.
III. God gets the glory when we testify about His wonderful work in our lives – vv. 8-12.
a. God must have our permission to do His work in our lives.
b. We must be ready to let our lives testify.
